The oil of borage (Borago officinalis L.) seeds has become popular because of its high content of GLA (gamma linolenic acid).
Source
Borage oil is usually supplied in a 1000mg soft gel capsule; the oil filled capsule is usually dark amber or is sometimes opaque to prevent light from spoiling the oil.
