Hi ,as I know, taking Chaste Tree , Dong Quai , Black Cohosh , Vitamin E , Licorice , Siberian Ginseng , Calcium , Vitamin D , Soy Isoflavones , is good for the natural treatment for Menopause, take a look this
Ingredients that work:
Chaste Tree is beneficial for irregularities of the menstrual cycle and may help balance hormone levels. Dong Quai, a traditional herb for women's health, is often considered to be the female Ginseng. It is also traditionally used as a uterine tonic. Black Cohosh helps with menstrual and menopausal health. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant. Preliminary studies found vitamin E to be effective in relieving hot flashes and possibly in improving the blood supply to the vaginal wall in menopausal women. Licorice has phytoestrogens that perform functions similar to those of the estrogen produced by a woman's body. Siberian Ginseng is traditionally used to help improve general well-being. Calcium is included in this natural treatment for menopause as it has been shown to be beneficial in relieving nervousness and irritability, and helps to protect against bone loss. Vitamin D promotes normal skeletal and tooth formation by stimulating calcium and phosphorus absorption, and playing a key role in their metabolism. Soy Isoflavones can be a natural alternative to estrogen replacement therapy for relief of mild menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes and night sweats. They may also improve the absorption of Calcium.

Hi guys,
Nice…. I check this Forum, interesting and knowledgeable topics available in the forum. I will recommend that my family. we take energy vitamins before our workout (vitamin B, vitamin E, Garlic, etc) and recover vitamins after (vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, etc). I recently bought Ripped Fuel and Amino Fuel. I plan on taking Ripped Fuel before my work out and Amino Fuel after. Should I still take the energy vitamins before and recovery vitamins after? Or should I take the vitamins at another time in the day? |

Some women report that vitamin E supplements can provide relief from mild hot flashes, but scientific studies are lacking to prove the effectiveness of vitamin E in relieving symptoms of menopause. Taking a dosage greater than 400 international units (IU) of vitamin E may not be safe, since some studies have suggested that greater dosages may be associated with cardiovascular disease risk.
